Responsibilities & Context

Job context:

Our company is searching for experienced compliance officers to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines. Your major duties will be developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, responding policy violations and advising management on possible risks.

The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. To prosper in this role, you should be fluent in risk management and our industry’s principles.

Job responsibilities:

Monitor all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.

Manages information flow by researching, recording and analyzing data and information with a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments, they ensure that the business runs smoothly.

Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Conduct in house training for concerned employees on legal changes, OH&S, EMS, Fire Safety, First aid, Grievance etc. as per training calendar.

Maintain records of grievances, investigations, and resolutions for reporting and analysis purposes.

Monitor fire, structural, electrical and chemical safety in the establishment as per relevant law.

Develop and oversee welfare programs aimed at promoting employee well-being, health, and safety.

Prepare factory or establishment for all kinds of compliance/certification audit. Execute all kinds of audit related activities.

Oversee various employee bodies such as WPC, Health & Safety committee, Anti-Harassment Committee, etc. as required by local law.

Prepare minutes, register and maintain other relevant documents.

Review and update all legal documents/certificate/license time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
