Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Risk assessment for the commissioning scope, conduct toolbox meetings.
- Preparation of commissioning execution and manning plan as per project schedule.
- knowledge of Steam Generation & Combined Cycle.
- Working knowledge and Hands-on execution of steam turbine accessory systems, lube oil, hydraulic oil, cooling water, steam turbine dynamic testing.
- Perform pre-commissioning inspections on Steam Turbine generators, Balance of plant, Once through steam generator and related auxiliary equipment systems.
- Responsible for verification and close out of all Safety critical elements associated with the package.
- Coordination of functional testing of commissioned systems and engaging the Operations Team when and where needed.
- Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning as per procedure and sign-off respective documents with Client representative for system closure.
- Prepare timely and accurate technical report for management and a reference for future.

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 23 years
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Steam Turbine generators (STG) - Mechanical Commissioning.
- Have proven project experience and skills within the field of Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning execution and startup at offshore.
