Job Responsibilities
- Collect data and prepare health, safety & environment performance analytical reports.
- Facilitate finance reports for department including time writing, monthly accruals, one-time expenses, cost reconciliations, invoices first approver.
- Regularly update and data entry on OE Webpage (OE Process document, procedures, performance statistics etc.)
- Incorporate action plans from OE plan and audits in E-Suite tool.
- Prepare reports through digital tools and follow up to finalize the report.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Explosive reports for Department of Explosives.
- Work with HSE Manager and HSE Leadership Team to track the departmental focus item on monthly basis.
- Facilitate department meeting and update incident statistics and team activity report.
- Coordinate and book travel for employees and visitors including international travel and manage security approvals and Journey Management Plan (JMP) requests for department.
- Schedule and book meetings including room reservations, catering & logistics planning as required.
- Maintain and circulate emergency management weekly call out duty roster.
- Support HSE Team for administration activities.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 21 years
- 1-3 years' work experience in Information Management.
- Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Bengali.
- Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills and cultural sense.
- A self-starter follows up and pushes efforts to completion.
- Understands and responds to group goals and customer needs to a level that ensures alignment of work group procedures, customer needs and business priorities.
- Ability to work in diverse teams.
