Responsibilities & Context

Response Incoming & Outgoing phone calls.

New Employee Personal file prepare.

Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution.

Employee SIM Card stock maintain & distribution.

Complete monthly employee bank accounts opening all formalities.

Update Employee Information. Assist interview session.

Welcome Guest and send them to concern person.

Received Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute to concern Department/Person.

Supervise Corporate Office Housekeeping work.

Product receive & reporting to concern department.

Office Stationary & Snacks requisition, Maintain and distribution.

Weekly employee accommodation list update.

Desk & Locker key management.

Any other work assigned by the management.
