Responsibilities & Context

Implementing the customers SOP’s and closely monitoring for sustainability.

Conducting the OTM meeting for all the new styles and addressing the findings with the concerned team.

Conduct a weekly DUH meeting with factory management.

To ensure bulk, conduct the first sewing, packing, and cartoon inspection.

Provide label attachment approval for sewing.

Provide pressing and packing approval before finishing.

Checking of every style construction with App, CFM, BIS and MD sheet.

Conducting a manual training program with the factory team. (Monthly basis).

Arranging bulk pool garments and sending them to buyer’s o’s office (weekly).

Preparing Factory 5S checklist, Mold checklist and an insect check list on weekly basis.

Follow-up daily Pre-final, final, Final & Random inspection based on plan.

Any other task assigned by the Management as when required.
