Transport Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Transport Associate shall be the representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Transport facilities to our valued guests with smiling face and handle every transport related issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
• Pick and drop guests as and when required basis as per the instruction given by the Transport Manager/Supervisor.
• Check every vehicle on the Pool for refuelling, change of oil, battery, tyre condition and clean them every morning before a Vehicle is out for the day.
• Maintain the Vehicle Log Book after each trip is made on a day-to-day basis for recording of mileage.
• Report immediately to Transport Manager/Supervisor for any damage to the vehicle or unusual happening while driving on the city roads.
• Stand by at the Transport Section while present on duty and always coordinate closely with Transport Manager/Supervisor for instructions.
• Consults with Transport Manager/Supervisor for any changes of work or decision and follows duty roster.
• Perform any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as well as on emergency requirement basis.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC Pass from any reputed Educational Institution.
