Job Responsibilities
- Regular monitoring of all social, safety, and security issues.
- Analyze all the workplace hazards and risks and prepare assessments accordingly.
- Assist in preparing policy and procedure and update when needed.
- Assist in the implementation of Buyer and Company COC.
- Assist in conducting/organizing meetings/workshops/training.
- Prepare the factory for facing different audits and visits.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the facility.
- Assist in conducting surveys related to the Supplier Ownership Program besides other surveys.
- Assist in implementing the Supplier Ownership Program in the factory.
- Assist in conducting/implementing successful internal social compliance audits.
- Assist in implementing Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct.
- Keep ready all required documents to face various audits & inspections successfully.
- Prepare and update all relevant registers as required by local law and customer's code of conduct.
- Prepare and maintain different meeting minutes and training documents as and when needed.
- Checking personal files, salary sheet, bonus & earn leave sheet when needed.
- Interact with workers through regular floor visits and make them aware of workplace health & safety.
- Assist in conducting fire drill training / first aid training/rescue training etc.
- Assist in providing compliance training to the concerned staff as and when needed.
- Received resignation & prepared final settlement.
- Contact with labor office & labor inspector.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct, Social Compliance - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
