Sr. Executive/ Executive- Digital Marketing

Responsibilities & Context

Saic Group contributes their effort in large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staffs are employment under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Students continue their study under Saic Group. Saic Group is looking for Sr. Executive/ Executive – Digital Marketing under Promotion department.

As a Digital Marketing Sr. Executive/Executive at Saic Group, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational programs and services through various digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the organization.

Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion. In addition, adept in presenting date through OVC/TVC and/or in the from of animation and info-graphical presentation for specific audicence on digital platform.

Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital ads. Tailor content to target audience segments and educational programs to effectively communicate the value proposition of Saic Group.

Social Media Management: Manage organization's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve organization's website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs). Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, create ad creatives, and manage budgets to achieve campaign goals and drive qualified traffic to organization's website.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with prospective students and parents, and promote educational events and initiatives. Segment email lists, create personalized email content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize email marketing efforts.

Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and campaign ROI. Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
