Management Trainee Sales (MTS)
Job Responsibilities
- Make daily field visit for sales to customer, to retain existing business, increase volume and pursue new customers.
- Maintain relationships with clients/customers by providing information, support offers and new SKUs.
- Educate client/customers about Sindabad App.
- Provide day End sales report and new customer acquisition report to team leader.
- Achieve short-term and long-term sales goal for the company.
- To look after company queries.
- Co-ordination with category/ procurement, sales and MIS team.
- Providing reports as per requirement.
- Actively participate in retails sales activities and program.
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 27 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Good communication skill in both Bengali and English.
- Knowledge on Excel and PPT.
- Knowledge on app- based operation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Intention of working both in field and corporate office.
