Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for company recruitment & selection, placement, attendance, compensation & benefits, leave management, HR administration etc.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Update team records, various list, keep update certificates, Safe Manning Documents, firefighting equipment along with certificates & other legal documents as required.
- Strong monitor employees movement regularly.
- Maintain liaison with the concern government officials.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Monitor compliance of HR policy & procedures.
- Prepare and present annual HR budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management as and when required.
- Everyday Reports have to submit at accounts department & Higher Authority as Demanded.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
