HR Manager


Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for company recruitment & selection, placement, attendance, compensation & benefits, leave management, HR administration etc.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Update team records, various list, keep update certificates, Safe Manning Documents, firefighting equipment along with certificates & other legal documents as required.
  • Strong monitor employees movement regularly.
  • Maintain liaison with the concern government officials.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Monitor compliance of HR policy & procedures.
  • Prepare and present annual HR budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management as and when required.
  • Everyday Reports have to submit at accounts department & Higher Authority as Demanded.

Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR and Admin
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Retail Store

Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
