Digital Marketing Manager


Job Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy and related communications including use of social media and website as well to support campaigns and ensure the sales target.
  • Brand planning and building program/campaign/activities initiating, implementing and monitoring to build brand awareness and increase brand value.
  • Coordinate and monitor with creative, digital, event for implementation of different brand marketing campaigns and events.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement monthly and annual marketing and sales plan for the business across Digital, Web, Social, Direct, Branch network and Traditional Media.
  • Come up with a strategic plan to promote the brand regularly and change the strategy (as when required) based on the market conditions.
  • Research and discover methods to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure sales policies and procedures are met in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Participate in defining and implementing the product roadmap, ensuring that new features deployed on showroom, work correctly and monitor customer choice properly.
  • Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is updated on a regular basis.
  • Monitor company branding and brand status and improves innovative ideas to promote the brand.
  • To work & monitor closely with the showroom in-charge in order to upheld the company's image in the industry.
  • Encourage team work and motivate the team and proposed to management for training marketing employee.
  • Assessing brand health in key parameters like brand preference, brand imagery, ad likeability, clear and understandable communication, brand equity etc.
  • Planning and implementing all existing product related issues and leading new product/brand launching projects.
  • Planning, organizing and monitoring all events, fairs, tradeshows, conferences etc.
  • Competitor's brand and marketing activities tracking, monitoring, reporting and contemporary action initiatives.
  • Designing and executing yearly brand budget, monthly reporting on budget vs expenditure with ROI analysis
  • Any other related responsibilities given by management.
