Responsibilities & Context

According to the party code from LDPM software, taking Vehicle into the queue.

Ensure vehicle on delivery point by phone call to driver/helper/transport agency.

Check physically vehicle number, type, vehicle size with LDPM software.

Provide customer order/challan slip to carrying man for manage product as per challan model/color/quantity.

Physically crossmatch product with Challan slip with product brought to delivery point by carrying man.

Monitoring delivery point Carrying Men activities.

Communication with transport, forklift, IT, sales team, store concern, Challan process team, other concern person for executing proper delivery operation.

Input model wise product transact in oracle software.

Load the vehicles by carrying man as per rules & regulations such as using tally count.

Cross matching as per the challan, crossmatch between oracle transact quantity, EBS register quantity, physical count quantity by carrying man team leader & driver/helper tally quantity.

To provide daily delivery product quantity by Viber/Mail to concern person.
