Head of Marketing

1. Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on membership marketing, subscription-based services, or customer acquisition.

Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Experience managing marketing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

Experience in analyzing marketing data and metrics to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns.

Previous experience in developing and managing partnerships and alliances to expand reach and drive sales is beneficial.

Experience in budget management, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

2. Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of marketing professionals.

Demonstrated ability to set clear goals, provide direction, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ability to mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

3. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track and measure marketing performance, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.

Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies and tactics to drive marketing success.

4. Strategic Thinking:

Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
