Principal Engineer, Signal Integrity

The desired candidate should be Self-driven, willing to work in a team. Should have strong communication and written skills. The candidate should have the ability to work with global teams. He/She would be working on end to end System level Simulation to include die/IO/package/Boards for High Speed packages and end to end applications. Perform System Level SI for internal boards used for collecting datasheet level parameters and provide SI related guidance to customers. Should be willing to work on High Speed Serdes and DDR applications and demonstrate debug skills on key silicon and system level issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BSEE

8+ years relevant SIPI Experience

Signal Integrity Concepts- Terminations , S-Parameters, Power Integrity

Use of SI Tools – HFSS, Siwave, Hyperlynx , HSPICE

Hardware Design – Schematics and Layout Skills

Good timing skills on DDR2/DDR3 and End to End High Speed applications

Perform package analysis and optimization

Provide SSO guidelines and simulations

Strong lab and debug skills

Adept at using High Speed equipment – VNA, TDR, Oscilloscope

Setup Simulation models at system level

Strong knowledge on EMT and transmission line.
