Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

Other Specification

Graduation with 2yrs experience or MBA/MBS with 1yr experience in related field

Preferences will be given to those who have worked into ecommerce, on-demand, last mile delivery, ride hailing related works

Ability to work in challenging circumstances with willingness to take stretch targets

Credit assessment, monitoring and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of general banking systems, policies and procedures
