Customer Relation Executive

Responsibilities & Context

Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.

Product receive and delivery for servicing.

Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.

Handle customers with effective communication skills.

Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.

Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers.

Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.

Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.

Experience

At most 4 years

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years

Should have good knowledge of MS Office

Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English

Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Must have multiple-tasking abilities

The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer

Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges

Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
