Incubation Associate

Job Description

Develop & implement seller training programs, including best practices, platform-specific features, and sales strategies

Analyze seller’s performance data to identify growth opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them

Work with sellers to implement growth initiatives, such as campaign participation, pricing strategies, and on-demand product upload

Monitor and report on seller performance metrics, including sales, conversion rate, average order value, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, and traffic operation, to ensure the seller’s product visibility on the platform

Stay up-to-date with e-commerce, technologies, and industry development

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field

Excellent communication skills so as to communicate with internal teams and external parties
