Job Description

Establishing company quality procedures, standards and specifications

Continuously evaluate quality systems, and submit change recommendations

Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

Maintain open communication with all team members to ensure that finished product quality processes are maintained at all times..

Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, delegation of duties, disciplinary actions and annual reviews of the Quality Assurance Departments

Qualification & Experience:

Graduation with 3 yrs experience or Master with 1 yr experience in related field.

Preferences will be given to those who have worked into ecommerce, on-demand, last mile delivery, ride hailing related works.
