Customer Service Officer / French Speaker

As a French-Speaker Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer support to our French-speaking clients. You will handle a variety of inquiries, ranging from general inquiries to complex issues, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:

Fluent in French (both written and verbal).

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
