Sr. Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Answer and handle incoming phone calls, emails, inquires and requests in an appropriate manner.
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences in timely manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete manner. 
  • Produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations as required.
