Audit Officer

We are hiring Audit Officer for our Lahore Office. The incumbent should be quick observer and attentive to details in order to manage the operational and financial policies to comply with the Company Regulations. This position will cover the central region (From Bahawalpur to Gujrat).

The major responsibilities include:

Assist in the planning, development and execution of stations audit plans

Conduct shipments reconciliations with physical stock

Carry Out Banking reconciliations with station records

Carry Out Cash in hand and in transit reconciliations

Document the findings in form of a report and obtain stations feedback

Compile, check and analyze the financial data from records, receipts and other documents to ascertain and determine company assets and liabilities of the stations

Present to the Line Manager the Audit report and recommended actions

Carry out additional related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance/Commerce is required

Good knowledge of MS Office/ Data Entry

Good interpersonal skills

Fair knowledge of audit related methods and protocols

Should be self starter

At least 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred

Extensive travel to stations
