Head of Retail & Distribution Network

We are looking for the position of "Head of Retail of Distribution Network."

Job responsibilities include:

Consistently work to develop and explore the new distribution/dealer’s development.

Ensure regular monitoring and reporting of market intelligence regarding product, pricing etc. and develop counter strategy for fast businesses.

Ensure distributor’s primary targets achievements and ensuring availability of stock.

Initiate and execute distributor related projects on national level by taking cross functional teams on board.

Evaluate ROI for distributors and ensure profitability for the distributors, devising the plans to improve the profitability.

Conducting Audits and highlighting areas of improvement for distributors.

Ensure compliance at distributors as per alignment with company’s guidelines.

Develop and roll over SOPs for distributor operations as and when required.

Coordinate and liaison with logistic partners in order to improve the nationwide delivery mechanism & route mechanics.

Responsible for the strategic facet of distributors’ wellbeing and ensuring a viable business relationship.

Monitor sales activities in retail/distribution segment. Assist team in generating sales activities by meeting dealers, distributors, electricians on regular basis.

Develop trade sales and marketing plan for achieving company’s sales and profitability targets.

Develop trade sales and marketing/promotion plan for achieving company’s sales and profitability targets.

Attend different electrician or retail fairs to promote brand.

Ensure implementation of sales and after sales SLAs of company

SKU wise analysis for regional number achievement along with other KPIs.

Allocating and managing the distributor development budget, managing provisions for the previous year.

Setting up KPIs and targets to evaluate the success rate of stock delivery.

Address the concerns/issues faced by distributors.

Managing budgets and planning expenditures to ensure that costs are kept under control while still achieving business goals

Analyzing market data to determine the best locations for new distribution centers or stores based on customer demographics and purchasing pattern.
