Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:-

1- Good English Communication

2- Common Sense

3- Knowledge about Call center.

4- Shift timings: 8pm-5am. Third shift night

5-Salary: Rs 35,000 - Rs 70,000/month + daily and monthly incentives

7-Have a call center Experience is preferable

8-Interviews: (Monday - Friday)

9-Interview timings: [7:00 Pm - 12:00 Pm]

• Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
• Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
• Carrying out market research on how to address customers.
• Preparation of sales reports and comparisons of competitors' offer conditions.
• Deliver prepared sales talks-reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to take the service.
