Identify, engage and actively recruit top industry experts Create and implement recruitment strategies Explore all possible channels for quality human resource recruitment Develop interview and testing methods Establish a special relationship with Head of Departments for hiring process.Pro-actively looking for candidates, operating search tools; LinkedIn, databases ,Job boards as well Talent hunting Meet all assigned daily targets and deadlines in terms of resourcing quality candidates Managing a complete database of candidates for future prospects and maintaining a liaison with candidates Handling the task of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline along with performing initial CV sifting against job description.
