IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities & Context

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues through the e-ticketing system.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by end-users.

Provide guidance and assistance to users in utilizing IT systems effectively.

Install and configure access devices ensuring proper functionality.

Conduct preventive maintenance on access devices to prevent system downtime.

Manage user accounts and access permissions within the Access Management System.

Monitor the Gate Tripod System for any irregularities or malfunctions.

Take proactive measures to address issues and minimize downtime.

Install, configure, and maintain door lock access systems.

Regularly monitor and ensure the effectiveness of backup processes for the Access Management System (AMS) database and server.

Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures.

Education

B.Sc/Diploma in CSE/ETE/EEE/ECE or equivalent from any reputed institute.

Experience

2 to 3 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years

Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of access management systems, gate tripod systems, and door lock access systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
