Conducting Periodic Projects Audit.

Optimum Utilization of Resources.

Maintaining Projects & Staff Profiling.

Coordination for timely processing of invoices.

Facilitation to Sales for New Projects Negotiation.

Making of New Projects Feasibilities.

Induction of Quality HR for New Project(s).

Ensuring timely resolutions of Customer’s Queries.

Ensuring timely and accurately Data Reconciliations.

Developing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Monitoring Reports Turn-Around-Time & Key Performance Indicators.

Consolidation of Complete Processes for efficient processing.
