HR Executive

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Conduct orientation sessions for new hire.

Prepare Payroll and Manage attendance.

Upload documents to electronic employee files

Maintain office equipment and supplies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Update and communicate HR policies to employees as needed.

Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to HR processes and guidelines.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

Implement strategies to enhance workplace morale and teamwork.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
