Java Developer

Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.

Java Technologies:

Utilize Java technologies and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven to develop scalable and efficient applications.

Stay updated on the latest Java advancements and best practices.

Database Management:

Design and implement database structures using SQL and NoSQL databases.

Optimize and maintain database performance.

Code Review and Optimization:

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Identify and implement optimizations for existing codebase.

API Development:

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different components and external services.

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure effective API usage.

Unit Testing:

Write unit tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the code.

Conduct thorough testing of developed features before deployment.

Version Control:

Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with other developers.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebase, APIs, and technical processes.

Provide documentation for fellow developers and end-users.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience in Java development.

Strong understanding of Java technologies and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Maven).

Proficiency in database design and management with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Experience with RESTful API development.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
