Negotiate terms, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful collaboration.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and addressing concerns promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Work closely with freelancers to understand their skills and capabilities.
Connect freelancers with suitable projects, ensuring a strong match between client needs and freelancer expertise.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project acquisition, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Representative, or similar role in the freelance or remote work industry.
Strong understanding of Upwork's platform and its features.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
