Product Researcher (SAAS)

Market Research: Understanding the target market, including demographics, needs, and trends. Analyze competitors and their offerings to identify gaps and opportunities.

User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.

Product Analysis: Evaluating existing products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Use metrics and data to drive decision-making.

Feature Prioritization: Working with product managers and developers to prioritize features based on user feedback, market demand, and business goals.

Data Analysis: Analyzing data from various sources (e.g., user feedback, usage metrics) to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitors to stay informed about their products, strategies, and market positioning.

Roadmap Planning: Contributing to the development of product roadmaps based on research findings and strategic goals.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicating research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and executives.

Problem Solving: Identifying and solving complex problems related to product development and user experience.

Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SAAS products.
