Leasing Executive

Safa Gold Mall is looking for self-directed, detail oriented and results driven sales professional responsible for revenue generation and value creation.

Responsibilities

Meeting with guests or investors

Preparations of agreement

Sort out the issues of Brands / existing tenants

Also send a letter to the tenants about the mall timing & about the general issues of the concerned shop

Meetings with new purchasing clients

Also help with the marketing department for an arrangement of different Events.

When some newly interested visitors come in mall try to fulfill his all queries very friendly environment according to the leasing department and having a good relationship / or leaving an excellent impact on him

Must have strong closing skills

Excellent oral and written communication, public speaking/presentation skills

Experience in real estate required

Understanding of the mall environment staffing and responsibilities

Good knowledge of mall business; 2+ years in identifying & negotiating business

Understanding of the specialty leasing process and rent structures

Networking and presentation skills

Previous sales and/or sales training experience

Strong communication, sales, and time management skillsStrong social media skills

Moderate level of Word and Excel skills
