Response to social media-based (i.e. Facebook, Youtube, etc.) customer queries.

Collect market information and prepare the report according to the data.

Make prompt communication to the service team for resolving any problem raised by customer/dealer/retailer through social media and online platforms for confirming customer support.

Execute sales/service approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales/service confirmation.

Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in the prescribed format.

Manage digital marketing activities on events as required.

Prepare and update online content and promotional materials.

Track and prepare report on performances of online platforms.

Any other task assigned by the supervisor
