- Verify purchase list by comparing items with master list.
- Provide knowledge about stock in hand to management and schedule delivery accordingly.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain quality of goods with timely delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
- Candidate should have good vendors network and knowledge about market.
- Maintain and updated documents properly in order to assess anytime.
- Monitor stock level
- Produce and maintain all reports related to purchase items.
Skills:
- Good in vendor Management and selection
- Strong market knowledge.
- Must familiar with Supply Chain process.
- Excellent in Documentation
- Must be Extrovert personality with excellent negotiation skills
