Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
Ufone is looking for a Manager Business Development who will beresponsible to identify and pursue business development opportunities pertaining to Business development of Customer Services, including but not limited to Contact Center solutions, CRM development, Trainings, Application Development, IVR, etc. Manager Business Development will represent the department and negotiate/finalize commercial, contractual and service level agreements in accordance with the management’s guidelines with clients and play a pivotal role in coordination between internal Ufone Team and Clients till the delivery of the services.
Job Responsibilities:
- To identify trendsetter ideas by research industry and related events, publications, announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments pertaining to telecom and BPO services.
- To devise end to end marketing strategy for Ufone contact center services for local and international market and identify and pursue business development opportunities pertaining to Business development of Customer Services.
- To represent the department and negotiate/finalize commercial, contractual and service level agreements in accordance with the management’s guidelines with project clients.
- To assist the Head of department in the development and monitoring of related CS project plans, timelines and implementation of projects within the stipulated timelines.
- To ensure smooth account management for existing clients and monitor profitability of potential and existing CS related projects.
- Attend BPO industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trend and using knowledge of the BPO market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Minimum Bachelors degree in business administration, Masters Degree
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer services and 2 years in business development field.

- Effective communication
- Customer operations functional knowledge
- Basic marketing principles
- Advance costing & budgeting knowledge
- Effective negotiation skills
