Job Responsibilities

Received and connect all incoming phone call as per requirement.

Connected all local and international call to higher management.

Incoming & Outgoing PABX call receiving and distribution

To help all BRAC PABX Operator.

Help the departmental administrative works

Always attending office for any kind of emergency work

Prepare reports & able to keeping records.

Educational Requirements

Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum of CGPA 2.5 or above.

Knowledge:

Knowledge in help line work

International Tele-Conference system connection

Intercom operating system

Skills:

Good interpersonal skills

International Telephone dialing

Motivation skill

Competencies:

Effectively received international & local call

Team Work

Good behavior and ethics
