Assistant Executive - Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Select the best qualified trainer for the training school;
- Arrangement training of trainers;
- Training module design and guideline to the trainee for training school;
- Follow-up training materials arrangement properly;
- Evaluate trainee operator performance and collect data daily basis;
- Skill test and finally handed overqualified operator to the sewing;
- Follow-up training are given according to sewing line requirement;
- Ensure workload of training line are equally balanced with capacity;
- Work with production team to fulfill their requirement;
- Ensure training method according to GSD;
- Communicate with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any
- failure found it above processes;
- Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering, Lean Management, SEWING - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Have proper knowledge & training on GSD.
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
