Associate Officer, Quality Control (Fabric)

Responsibilities & Context

Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fabric inspection as per the work order

Take immediate corrective actions and solve any fabric-related issue

Conduct inspection and take accountability for any complaint/claim that may arise from the relevant inspection

Input all data on ERP software with maximum accuracy

Develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders

Coordinate with Merchandising, Design, Textile, and other related departments

Requirements

Education

A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Textile Engineering) from any reputed university

Additional Requirements

Age at least 22 years

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field

Good knowledge of the lab test process & sample approval process

Understanding of quality assurance (fabrics inspection system following standard)

Knowledge of Textile and Garment production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding)

Familiarity with 4-point and 100% fabric Inspection system

Excellent communication, report writing skills, and analytical capability
