Asst./ Manager, Emerging Channel - Paints
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new and emerging distribution channels that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for entering and growing within emerging distribution channels. This includes defining objectives, setting targets, creating action plans, and allocating resources effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to the emerging channels.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various emerging channel initiatives.
- Assess potential risks and challenges associated with entering new distribution channels.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between emerging channel strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape by participating in relevant, and networking events.
