Depot In-Charge

Job Responsibilities

• Provide all-out support to sales by ensuring on time delivery as per customer's orders.
• Arrange necessary license to operate depot and organize renewals as and when required.
• Arrange adequate stocks for depot to mitigate customers demand considering warehouse space.
• Ensure total security of depot including stock, cash and assets.
• Prepare delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
• Implement company's policies in depot operations.
• Accomplish bank reconciliation at each month end regularly.
• Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly.
• Arrange to achieve 100% inventory and batch accuracy for all products and assets.
• Update customers profile regularly so that customers name and address are maintaining correctly in the SDMS.
• Implement all ISO-9001 & MAU instruction applicable for depot operation
• Organize training of depot staffs and get prepared to face ISO Audit successfully.
• Arrange to collect sales proceed and deposited to bank by ensuring proper security within shortest possible time.
• Monitor outstanding lists regularly and expedite collections in coordination with sales colleagues.
• Carry out any other assignment given time to time by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from recognized university.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 38 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources and procedures applicable for Depot Operation.
• Proficient in using MS Office Package.
• Attitude of doing hard work.
• Ready to accept any challenge.
• Ability to work for long hours.
