Quality Control Officer/ Asst. Quality Control Officer (Flour Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Random sampling and checking the quality of RM with due reporting.
- Responsible for on line quality control of every product.
- Ensure packing material quality by random sampling and checking.
- Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time to time guidelines.
- Make a comments on GRN and incorporating necessary directions.
- Supervising RM and Finished Product warehouse and pest control activities.
- Preparing on line QC report and communicate with shift miller and Operations Manager as well immediately if there is any disconformities found.
- Prepare and send moisture calculation report to the supervisor.
- Monthly report on moisture gain on total consumptions of RM.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
