Assistant Manager for Akij Tea Estate
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure tea plantation in different location of tea estate under a set policy of the company.
- Raise quality planting materials of tea in the nursery.
- Ensure quality of tea production.
- Improve standard of work at field level.
- Ensure judicious use of agro-chemicals, field inputs etc.
- Ensure maintenance of irrigation set, vehicle etc.
- Manage the tea estate roster duty as part of job to monitor and ensure quality tea processing.
- Carry out any other job as assigned by supervisors.
