Manager - Estate
Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to manage conduct relating to land registration, mutation, verification, valuation, documentation etc.
- Instructing and supervising external lawyers/advocates in relation to litigation and other legal matters concerning the Companies' business as well as relating to Company's assets
- Providing strategic decision for resolving various kind of land relating disputes and solving legal issues.
- Review various legal drafting such as agreements, Deeds, NDA, POA, Rent, Lease etc.
- Must be capable of handling Misc Cases, getting mutation approval and dealing with the office of AC (Land), ADC, DC & other government offices.
- Able to provide legal opinion with vetting for safe land procurement.
- Must be able to represent the company in the courts of law.
- Taking initiative to secure company's asset. Must be able to ensure possession of company's' land after proper demarcation.
- Administer companies' internal lawyers.
- Ensure legal compliance within the company and providing legal assistance to the management and internal departments.
- Must be familiar with record of rights such as C.S, S.A, R.S, mutation etc.
- Ensure safe custody of all the documents while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
- Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
- Liaison with various Govt. and semi-Govt. organization such as National Housing Authority, RAJUK, BEZA, BEPZA, Department of Military Lands and Cantonments etc.
- Must be capable to unite & lead a team, assess their abilities, engage them to get the work done, review their grievances etc.
