We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in this role of Sr. Executive/ Deputy Manager (Sales) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd.

Develop a high-performing sales team through the use of leadership skills and mentorship.

Communicate and implement BRMCIL's vision, mission, and overall sales directions.

Meet the personnel & team monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target of ready-mix concrete.

Maintain awareness of external competition, business expansion, new market developments.

Keep management informed of all industry-related activities that influence sales and pricing.

Operate within the budget and focus on maximizing the profit margin.

Maintain relationships with customers in order to protect BRMCIL's positions.

Maintain active involvement with local industry groups, homebuilders, and govt organizations.

Make sales and marketing presentations and prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts.

Establish a consulting relationship with customers and provide technical support.

Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, technical support, and credit.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
