Assistant Manager (Research and Development)

Job Context:

Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is one of the pioneers in aesthetic care & wellness in Bangladesh. We have introduced cutting-edge technologies of the world to create value for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Research and Development in our innovative R&D department. This position, equivalent to an Assistant Manager, is ideal for someone with experience in product development and a background in cosmeceuticals manufacturing or pharmaceuticals. The role primarily involves formulating products, monitoring market requirements, and leading training sessions for internal employees on new products.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulation Development:

Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations based on scientific principles and market trends.

Conduct research to identify and incorporate innovative ingredients into product formulations.

Testing and Analysis:

Design and execute laboratory experiments to assess the safety and effectiveness of cosmetic formulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, formulations, and testing procedures.

Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the consistency and efficacy of developed products.

Conduct stability testing and analyze results to assess product durability and shelf life.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and production, to ensure smooth product development processes.

Communicate research findings and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
