Incharge, Chilling Center (Aarong Dairy)
Job Responsibilities
- Plan for milk collection by ensuring the necessary test for controlling the quality
- Preserve milk in the tank with proper maintaining of hygiene and cleaning
- Attend the regular farmer's meeting, identify the farmer's need/problems & give necessary suggestion for solving the problems
- Update all registers, bill voucher and all records regularly for smooth running of chilling centers
- Maintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment and make the fund requisition timely for milk bill payment
- Ensure quality milk collection, fair price payment implementation of the milk producers and all financial activities of chilling center.
- Contact with management for solving any problems/suggestion as and when necessary
- Prepare daily requisition of milk tanker, daily milk collection report and stock report etc.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
- Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
