Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze the daily operational performance report.
- Assist, prepare, and analyze the monthly operational data (MOD) report.
- Collection and evaluation of information and calculation of actual product costing.
- Assist in the preparation of the master budget and prepare the monthly budget variance report.
- Collection and evaluation of information, and prepare the sales analysis report.
- Prepare regular cost reports and present the findings to senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Preparation and analysis of the raw material stock position aging report
- Preparation and analysis of yarn stock position aging reports and inventory valuation reports.
- BEP and Daily Output Value Analysis
- day-to-day actual scenario of operational performance and compare it with the optimal level.
- Identify the drawback areas and present them to operational and technical people for development work.
- Prepare and analyze factors affecting capacity utilization.
- Scrutiny of data, collect the report, and send it to the corporate office on time.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and submit them to management as per management requirements.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Fianance
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
- Strong knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/Power Point);
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- People management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
- Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English;
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking;
- Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
- Job Location : Sylhet.
