Manager (Showroom)
Job Responsibilities
- Presenting & selling company products / services to current & potential clients.
- The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
- Must have to achieve the sales target.
- Formulating and executing sales plans.
- Leading a sales team within the showroom/Brand Shop.
- Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedure.
- Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
- Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom/Brand Shop.
- Maintain clean and safe environment.
- Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
- Prepare bill, challan, quotations, as required.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer software.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Computer Operating, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 5 years or more experience in managing a retails shop in Consumer Electronics business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Good knowledge in MS Office & ERP.
