Merchandiser (Woven Division)
Job Responsibilities
- Strictly follow up of production Time and action calendar.
- Execution of sourcing trims / accessories and do follow up with supplier for the raw material as per TNA.
- Co-ordinates with sample room, R&D to submit wash and fit sample.
- Conduct PP meeting with quality, production, finishing and other related team for on time shipments.
- Collect packing list & coordination with commercial department for forwarding the approved shipment.
- Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;
- Assist the local procurement team to source trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard;
- Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
- Follow up the shade band as well as bulk wash.
- Check the PO details with development team.
- Keeping track of style status and updating the same to top management as required.
- Prepares production file with details documents, approvals, and samples for bulk production.
- Any other task assign by the management.

- Age at least 35 years
- Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
- Strong communication in English.
- Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
- Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
- Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
- Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
- The candidate who will work with American Eagle will preferred.
- The candidate must have knowledge in Denim Garments Process.
