Manager (Production) - Dyeing Unit
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure daily dyeing & finishing programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule.
- Ensure dyeing production per machine per day 5 batches for white & 2.5 batches for average color.
- Day to day production monitoring in dyeing & finishing.
- Select & set dyeing recipe discussing with Dyeing GM.
- On time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
- Should be expert on special finishing process & all type of fabric dyeing process.
- Responsible for dyeing & finishing RFT & must report to GM dyeing.
- Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
- Analyze production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
- Analytical skills on dyeing, finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
- Ensure daily production report to GM as per target& follow up of schedule machine maintenance.
- Must know the technical way to minimize fabric dyeing cost & process loss.
- Instruct them that which chemical dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right color.
- Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on a systematic way following international way.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as relevant filed
- As a Manager 5 years real experience
