Human Resources Officer - Recruitment


Job Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Receive & review recruitment request form, update recruitment tracker and prepare a recruitment file.
  • Prepare vacancy announcements in both general & Hotjobs (as required) and circulate the ads in external/ internal mediums.
  • Conduct initial CV screening, send it to hiring manager, ensure feedback as well as update the recruitment tracker.
  • Communicate with Candidates to inform regarding written test & interview.
  • Arrange & Conduct Interview in accordance with recruitment compliance.
  • Ensure pre interview briefing and guidance to panel members.
  • Collect Interview assessments from the panel and prepare compiled score sheet and taking necessary approvals.
  • Ensure ATC & Reference check/pre-employment check as per compliance for all selected candidates
  • Ensure offer processing and updating the tracker about their joining status.
  • Ensure new hire on-boarding documentation with verifications, email creation, laptop arrangements etc.
  • Notify nepotism or other discriminatory issues to HR coordinator for his further necessary actions.
  • File Management & Other Documentation:
  • Prepare Recruitment process files and update time to time and close with necessary approvals after completing the recruitment process.
  • Preserve and Track Recruitment process files.
  • Review and update Job Description (JD) using textio software and ensure standard score of JDs'
  • Deliverable :
  • Ensure submission of HR shortlisting within 15 calendar days after receiving approved RRF, JD & if required.
  • Ensure offer submission to selected candidates
  • Ensure below manager level email creation request within 2 working days of their joining
  • Ensure manager and above level email creating request before at least 7 calendar days
  • Ensure Tracker Update time to time to keep it updated always.
  • Specify the interview schedule as per plan agreed by hiring manager and HR
  • Maintain compliance of Recruitment Process
  • Ensure compliance of board members categories, and gender balance.
